The first motive of our life is to live happily no matter what. At the end of the day, the only thing matters are our happiness. Some people are naturally happy alone they don’t need people to make them happy but for some people, it becomes a challenge to live solo. Some people like to being around with their loved ones otherwise they feel alone or depressed, they always need someone to talk. But building a good relationship with yourself is a must and you must learn how to enjoy our own company. We can't depend on others for our happiness. Being comfortable with yourself is the way to being agreeable in the organization of others.
The fear of being alone never goes away if you’re not happy to be alone with your thoughts, no matter how many people you surround yourself with. There’s no point running away from your fears and anxieties because, at some point, they will catch up to you. One thing you have to know is that being separated from everyone else is not the same as being forlorn. - Avoid grudges. Forgive people even if they don't deserve forgiveness. You will be stress-free. Stop expecting from others. Do everything without expectations., So once you are rewarded for what you did, it will be like a surprise. No disappointments.
- Engage your self with self-care routines. Take care of your body, exercise, try out the stuff of great skin, try out new products, new clothes, or anything you are interested in.
- Don't give space for negativities, Don't give space for someone to undervalue you. Stay healthy. Drink a lot of water. keep your brain clear, flush out the negativity. Follow your interests. Value the little things.
- Believe in the theory, "one act of random kindness can change the world". Do some good deeds occasionally. Let it be anything... like helping the elderly to cross the road. You will feel good about yourself. Trust me.
- Respect your feelings, perceptions, emotions, and thoughts. Don't surround yourself with the people who are always clingy and creepy and Don't stay at a place where you're demotivated or degraded.
- Do whatever you love and get out of your comfort zone. Try to go out and watched the movie alone and hanging out alone. Just enjoy being with yourself. Stay positive and happy.
- Learn new kinds of stuff like cooking, learning any language, or anything you wish. Eat what you love and if you haven't tried cooking, just try to cook a new dish seeing online videos.
- There are lots and lots of reasons to be happy. It's simply that we are excessively bustling looking for additional.
